After university Charlie trained as a computer programmer and systems analyst and worked in a number of top IT companies. He has spent many years designing computer systems. Charlie is an executive director of WAL, and the Chair of Trustees of Carers Leeds, and is also the honorary organiser of the Northern Servant-Leadership Conference.
He has founded number of business including Work AnyWare and HGF, a large firm of Patent Attorneys. Outside of work Charlie enjoys cycle touring, city breaks in Europe and involvement with his family.
Justin is managing director and founder of Work AnyWare Ltd. He has a BEng and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering, and PhD in Robotics.
Justin lived and worked for over four years in Japan as a system designer and speaks reasonable Japanese. In his spare time Justin enjoys training in the martial art of Shodokan Aikido, in which he holds a 3rd Dan blackbelt and has competed nationally and internationally. He also enjoys playing the guitar, ukulele and owns a trombone.
Andrew is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
He has a track record of success in strategic HR roles with substantial commercial companies. He is also an assessor for Investors in People and a qualified workplace mediator.
